Hello. I would like to complain about how the drawing club for groups 1-3 is organized. In the morning I wrote a letter, (see a screenshot in the application, attached) saying that I was worried about how my child would get to the club. I was assured that the teachers have information about the children who are enrolled in the clubs, and no one will get lost. My daughter was not sent by her teacher to the club at the required time. The drawing lesson was not planned focusing on anything particular, there was no topic for the lesson (unlike advertised in the brochure / web-site). My daughter told me that the children were not organized and everyone did what they wanted. The teacher was silent and indifferent. After the lesson, I met the teacher, who half-heartedly (OR reluctantly) confirmed that there was no program (AmEn spelling | programme = BrEn spelling). I freed up Monday specially so that my daughter could paint (although she had English lessons) but it was a and not waste of time. I read the program of this club and expected that it would be really useful. Whoever wrote the description for the after-school club is truly a master of advertising! For as much as 280 euros I was under the impression my daughter would have arts lessons based on historical paintings. Butin reality we don’t have this, it's more than a disappointment, it's a real deception (заблуждение, обман). How do you see expect my daughter participating to participate in the drawing club next time? If such lessons are held every Monday in such a way, this does not suit us.
