What management styles should be used when you have tight deadlines? Why?
The answer is always simple, but complex: management style should be efficient in the current context. Before you choose your management style, you need to honestly recognize the situation and analyze the condition of the team. It will also be useful to recall the rules of project management. When you already know exactly what to do and with whom to do comes the time for the most interesting - the selection of management style for each team member. Sometimes it is enough to have a bold style - just say what to do and clearly control the timing, but often you need to hold many discussions and build a culture of communication in the team. You have to tell them exactly what kind of behavior you expect from each member of the team, especially there’s something that doesn’t work out in time or doesn’t work out at all. In general, it is necessary to show perseverance and patience.

<suggested_answer>What management styles should be used when you have tight deadlines? Why?

The answer is always simple, but complex: a (given) management style should be efficient in the current context. Before you choose your management style, you need to honestly recognize the situation and analyze the condition of the team. It will also be useful to recall the rules of project management.

When you already know exactly what to do and with whom to do (something?) (OR with whom you want to work) (then) comes the time for the most interesting - the selection of a management style (aka situational management) for each team member. Sometimes it is enough to have a bold style - just say what to do and clearly control the timing, but often you need to hold many discussions and build a culture of communication in the team. You have to tell them exactly what kind of behavior you expect from each member of the team, especially when | if there’s something that doesn’t work out in time or doesn’t work out at all.

In general, it is necessary to show perseverance and patience.
