How would you feel if you had a dead-end job: would you stay or leave?

If I had a dead-end job, I would leave because I don't like to work in the same company for a long time. I need my job to be fulfilling enough, otherwise I would soon get bored.
I don't think a corporate career is the most important thing in life, so I expect more from work than people who are willing to sacrifice their personal time to climb the corporate ladder. I don't think that's the only way to be successful these days, I think the soft skills are more important than the hours you put in at work. And it's all about your relationship with your boss and his personal views on how you should achieve your career goals.

The market in Russia today is an employee market. If you're not satisfied with your job, you can always find another one that will pay you more. I think you should stay in your job, whatever it takes, only if the situation in the market is bad enough for you.

Would you like to have the same job all your life?

I'm afraid to think about the possibility of having the same job for the rest of my life. I think it's crazy to have the same position for 10 years, let alone 40. I think people who do that don't develop professionally at all.

I think there are some professions that are good to have all your life like teachers or doctors and it should be like that. But you can't say that about office workers.

I also think that it is a market situation that forces people to have the same job all their lives, like high unemployment or the corporate culture of the past.]]></submitted_answer>

〆avoid over-using of 'I think'
✓ I believe, I suppose, I reckon, I'd venture, I dare say, I am confident...
→ improve style (tone / register are too casual)
