b. Explain the following statement Fish can't see water - Richard D.Lewis & Kai Hammerich

Fish can't see water in the same way as you can't see your own culture. It is your natural environment that's why we don’t know we are in water, and as a consequence we don’t understand our surroundings.
You don't know in what way you're different from other people. And you see the world from "water" of your own national culture.
National culture may impact corporate culture in negative or positive way. The management should always remember about cultural differences to make the best of it.

e. What country would you like to relocate to if you wanted to start your own business?

If I wanted to start my own business I would relocate to a country where I could easily legalize, and where taxes are not high and doing business is safe.
The safest places for business are democratic countries with strick laws like USA or UK, but these countries are very expensive.
Also, I would consider national culture and where would I want to live. For example, Singapore looks like good choice for staring business, but I doubt if I can understand their culture well enough.
Canada seems like a good choice to me because they have provinces which get government support. So, if you invest in some Canadian provinces, you can legalize easily and get legal support. And I personally like Canada because I think I could understand them better because we have the same weather and nature conditions and because their society seems relatable to me.
