1) === Do you think you'll still need to learn English in 10 years? ===

No, I don't.
I think that to learn English up to C2 level need no more than 1.5/2 years for me.

Learning English for me is increasing active vocabulary up to 7000/8000 additional words, colocations and phrasal verbs, improve my speech recognition abilities up to recognise all dialogs in films and series and train grammar in writing and speaking.

According to my previous experience all I need is a teacher, two lessens in 2 hours per week and 2 hours homework after each lesson.

What is important is that learning must be organised on a regularly basis.

As a result of this work I hope I will reach all my objectives.

2) === How do you deal with difficult communication styles of your partners ? ===
Firstly need to decide what are our aim of communication.
If we want to relax and drink beer in a bar we can just enjoy with any way (but don't forget to be respectful to each other).
But if we had important negotiations or were time limited and had to make a decision I would try to manage our communication to reach objectives with higher efficiency.

For example if a partner was so talkative and couldn't focus on a target It would be very useful to break him / her sometimes to focus on an meeting agenda. Although manage a communication this way we can lose something important we should accept it because this approach discipline counter-partners and save a lot of important time.

However it is very useful to recognise a communication style of your partner to prepare your own communication strategy.

In conclusion I want to say that an effective communication is an art and it is a great luck if you are manage to find a special way to each your counter-partner. ]]></submitted_answer>
