<submitted_answer><![CDATA[Why do people begin to prioritize freedom and indulge in creativity and recreational pleasure when they feel safe?

A well-known fact is that as the level of living increases, people get additional needs. Security is a basic need for which people can share their freedom. As soon as it is satisfied, the need of development arises. Development is impossible without freedom. People are born for happiness and creativity. But in prison, even if prison gives safety, it is impossible to be happy. Therefore, if people dont get freedom from authority, then they take it themselves even by force. Freedom gives a person the opportunity to express himself and make his dreams come true. A free society is usually richer and this adds more opportunities for pleasure. The more freedom a person has, the more chances he has to change his life for the better. Therefore, freedom is a source for creativity and development.

What do you understand by the following statement? Culture is the collective programming of the mind - G.Hostede
A person is born and lives in a society that include a large number of other people. These people are united by language, way of life, political attitudes, common experience and traditions. All this together is called culture. Culture is reflected in everything that makes up a person’s life. The most important element of culture is literature. Man is largely a product of what he got through reading. Therefore, the statement that culture programs the mind of a person is true. The more person educated and well-readed, the more he expresses the culture of his country. But at the same time, we must understand that culture is not responsible for human crimes and mistakes. It is also necessary to distinguish official culture from real culture. True culture can be created only by internally free people.]]></submitted_answer>
