a. Outsourcing is a great option for business to move responsability to other companies. Business can hire, fire, replace employees without legal issues because this employees rented from outsorsing companies. But from other side usually outsorced staff don't have all benefits, as a common employee of hiring company and they will not be so hardworking, because they know - in any trouble outsorsing company will replace them at this project. Another problem for companies that decided to outsource some staff - qualification. It's really hard to find somebody who can complete a work, that requires specific education or skills. But for few month projects it's the best option to increase your team. For example, if you fire an employee in Russia the company will pay him or her average salary for two or three month. And outsourcing decrease costs in this case. Outsourced staff don't increase your administrative costs, and for small businesses will not change a status of your business, because you will have the same number of employees.

g. In my humble opinion micro-controlling is a pandora's box. You can destroy your team, and make your work insufferable or you can solve really complicated problems using only rookies or if your team is weak. If you micro-control strong team, members will be insulted by this managing stile. So you will start hiring soon. If we are talking about weak team it led us to option two. You can reach goals in a short term, but in long term you can describe it with quote from famous Chris Rea song - it is "The road to Hell". Because as a manager you should invest in you team members, in their education, soft and hard skills. And they should train how to solve some problems themselves. Usually micro-management kills passion and as longer you micro-manage team as harder make them effective again.]]></submitted_answer>
