<submitted_answer><![CDATA[
In order to convince people I try to explain all details why it’s important to do, as a result of my explanation people take into account that it’s not only my wish but they also need it. However not everyone is ready to listen long speech and therefore they can stop it and agree with me before I finish.
When I met partners with difficult communication style I start thinking what is important for them, I try to avoid personal talks and focus on their goals taking into account their position. What is important is that when this kind of partners fill that I’m not the person for nice talk as I might be but I’m really focused on their needs they usually start trust me therefore communication goes a bit easier. Sometimes this partners request terms and conditions which are not interesting for me in this case I would offer them two options one with their conditions but more expensive and another with my conditions but cheaper as a result of this offer we start discussing what is more important for them at the current moment.]]></submitted_answer>
