Do you invest money in any fund or bitcoin?

In the last decade, investing in the stock market has become popular among non-professional market participants.
What is important is that this trend is visible in all markets - both developed and developing.
One of the reasons is the high speed of development of the fintech industry, which has made investing accessible to non-professional market participants.

I also invest some of my money in the stock market.

Some people like risk. Therefore they invest in high-risk stocks or cryptocurrencies.
As a result of this risky strategy, they make good profits, but more often suffer huge losses.
What is important is that the outcome of such investments is very difficult to predict.

This is not my way. I don't play in the stock market. I don't work in the stock market. My goal is inflation protection.

Nowdays, inflation around the world is higher than 5 years ago.
Therefore, people are looking for financial instruments to save their money.
Taking this into account, distributing money among various stock instruments such as shares, bonds can be considered as one of solutions.

Do you agree in a modern workplace staff members ought to have good communication skills?

Modern high-tech and highly competitive business relies on the collaboration of thousands of people.
To achieve good results, staff members ought to have good communication skills.

This is why I believe that communication skills are crucial in modern world.

Good communication leads to more effective information transfer and problem solving. This improves productivity and quality of work. What is important is that good communication skills help resolve conflicts and create a positive work environment.
Listening to colleagues and expressing your thoughts and ideas clearly helps prevent misunderstandings and disagreements.

After the pandemic, we began to communicate remotely much more often. This is more difficult than solving problems face to face. Therefore, nowdays communication skills are even more important than it was before.

Taking into account that communication skills are an important factor in a company's success, companies should pay attention to developing the communication skills of their employees. For example, companies must provide special courses for their employees.
