Hello dear e-shop!

I'm writing this letter to complain about the new Google Pixel 6a smartphone I received yesterday.

The appearence of the phone was ok, but when I powered it on for the first time, it showed me on its loading screen that the bootloader of the smartphone is unlocked and it could be vulnerable to use the smartphone.
Moreover the interface language was Chinese and it took me a plenty of tries to change the language and perform a reset to factory settings.
But, even after a reset the smartphone is still showing a message 'A bootloader is unlocked' during each loading procedure.

To be frank, I'm very upset of this purchase and it seems that this smartphone was in use before you sold it to me.

By the way, I'm still need a new phone and I'll be glad to neutralize my dissatisfaction if you send me a courier with a new one Google Pixel 6a.
Of course I am expecting to get an absolutely new exemplar without problems I mentioned above.

Regards,
Your customer

Being a manager is one of the most interesting but complicated roles in a nowadays corporate world of white collar workers.
Tasks delegating and control of its accomplishment are definetely among the key manager's activities.

Some people say that the main manager's commandment is to delegate everything you can.
And I definetely agree with it.

However, beginning managers have some kind of psychological problems with delegating tasks to their subordinates. Because these managers know and it is so, that they will perform a task theirselves better and faster than their subordinates.
It is a tricky barrier every manager should erect.
Only by delegating interesting and hard tasks can we provide our subordinates development. Only by making their own mistakes can the employees feel the trust of their manager and the confidence in their own knoweledge and abilities.]]></submitted_answer>
