c. AI is becoming more and more usful nowadays not only in high teck industries, but also in all other ones. On of the practical implementation of AI for business is preparing written materials, reports and different kinds of presentations.

The fist problem which AI helps succesfully is the problem of white paper. It is usually difficult to start a new topic, and AI can help with the structure of presentation and some basic ideas. It helps to improve the speed of preparation and allow to organise quick brainstorming seccions and discutions for futher development of ideas.
Of course you have to spend some time for levereging prompts, but after several attempts this skill develops enough.

The other usful application of AI language models is to make notes during the meeting. Earlier we used to ask a special person to make notes and write down decisions during managers meetings. It took a lot of time, this work was boring and inefficient. Nowadays it is possible to recieve all the notes in the form of structured presentation just after a meeting.
It helps to spread information withing a company and improves decisionmaking process.]]></submitted_answer>
