The first problem which AI helps succesfully address successfully is (the problem of) white paper facing a blank page. It is usually difficult to start a new topic, and AI can help (assist) with the structure of the presentation and some basic ideas. It helps to improve (speeds up) the speed of preparation and allows to organise quick brainstorming seccions sessions and discutions discussions for futher further development of ideas.
Of course you have to spend some time for levereging on leveraging prompts, but after several attempts this skill develops becomes strong enough.
The other usful useful | practical application of AI language models is to make notes during the meeting. Earlier we used to ask a special person to make (take) notes and write down decisions during managers meetings. It took a lot of time, this work was boring and inefficient. Nowadays it is possible to recieve receive all the notes in the form of a structured presentation just after a meeting.
It helps to spread information within a company and improves decisionmaking the decision-making process.]]>
