e.
Both of this types, a maverick and a worlaholic, are very specific and it is quite difficult to work with them.
If we talk about managers, workaholics can be too bossy and sometimes even bully, what can lead to unsupportive and discouraging environment in their teams. Moreover, their subordinates work in permanent stress with high risks of burning out.
Nevertheless, workaholics are often perfect experts in their professional field and can be very productive in case of strict deadlines.
Mavericks are also difficult types of bosses.
On the one hand, they are too independent and don't share their thoughts to others. In this case their subordinates don't take responsebility, because they don't understand their manager's dicisions.
On the other hand, mavericks can be very creative and effective in a volatile and unpredictable environment.

d. Covid quarantine was a difficult time for many areas of our life, and it has brought us a lot of new practises.
Before the COVID we used to work offline, spending our time in the offices and taking part at face-to-face meetings. Now we have already get used to having online meetings. Many people can work remotely now. On the one hand, it is very convinient, because they can work from any place, what gives a lot of flexibility. On the other hand, sometimes they complain that it seems they work 24/7.
We would go shopping in department stores, what is time consuming. Nowadays more and more people are getting used to doing shopping online. It stimulates business to develop its online serveses.
