Tasks should be a checklist for micro-controlling subordinate staff. Do you agree? Why / why not?

According to using of checklists for micro-controlling the subordinate staff, we can better control the correct execution of project tasks. In addition, this is would be a more appropriate management style for some people. What's more, they are even feeling more comfortable reporting on projects this way.

However, we get a more detailed approach to the project. In addition to this, for many it helps them move on further.

Taking into account, the psychological feature of our stuff. As a result, it can help us win the advantage of interpersonal relationships with people. We can work with him or her in this way or not.

What's important is that we are moving forward with small tracks of project implementation. Creation of checklists also helps cross-functional interaction between units. We can compare our actions in this way and control the progress. Also, micro-control management helps us to fix our results and check maybe somewhere we are going wrong.

Therefore, I fully support this tool.
